没有进出口权，能做进口或出口吗？Can we import or export without a trading licence?
可以。由我们作为经营单位对外签约、报关和收付汇，您作为委托方参与，货物、资金和发票按代理协议流转。Yes. We act as the trading entity that signs, declares and handles payments, while you take part as the principal. Goods, funds and invoices flow as set out in the agency agreement.
代理进口和自营进口有什么区别？How is agency import different from importing ourselves?
自营进口需要企业自己完成海关收发货人备案、电子口岸开户等手续，并自行处理单证和通关。代理进口由我们用自身资质完成这些环节，适合进口不频繁或刚起步的企业。Importing yourself means holding your own customs registration and e-port accounts and handling documents and clearance in-house. With agency import we use our registrations to do this, which suits companies that import occasionally or are just starting.
进口清关一般需要多久？How long does import clearance take?
单证齐全、无需查验时，申报放行通常比较快。遇到查验、需要补充许可证件或涉及检验检疫的货物，时间会延长。我们会在接单时根据货物情况给出预估。With complete documents and no inspection, release is usually quick. Inspections, missing licences or quarantine checks add time. We give an estimate for your goods when we take the job.
出口退税需要满足哪些条件？What is needed to claim an export rebate?
一般需要：货物属于退税范围，已报关出口，取得供货方开具的增值税专用发票，并按规定收汇。退税率按商品编码确定。Generally the goods must be eligible for rebate, formally exported, backed by the supplier's VAT invoice, and paid for through proper FX channels. The rebate rate depends on the HS code.
HS 编码归错了会怎样？What if the HS code is wrong?
编码决定税率、监管条件和退税率。归类错误可能导致补税、罚款或货物被扣。我们在申报前会复核归类和申报要素。The code sets the duty rate, controls and rebate rate. A wrong code can mean back-duty, penalties or held cargo. We review classification and declaration elements before filing.
代理费怎么收？How are agency fees charged?
根据货物品类、货值和服务范围（是否包含物流、退税等）综合报价。咨询时告诉我们货物和贸易条件，我们会给出明细报价。We quote based on the goods, value and scope (for example whether logistics or rebate filing is included). Tell us the goods and trade terms and we will send an itemised quote.
