Handling process

1. Increase business scope (such as import and export of goods, agency import and export, technology import and export), change tax registration certificate, and organization code certificate (if already in the business scope, this item is not required)

2. Go to the Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce or various regional commissions of Commerce to handle the registration of foreign trade operators

3. Record with the designated public security bureau and designate a seal engraving company to engrave the seal

4. Go to Beijing Customs to handle the registration certificate for the consignee and consignor

5. Go to the Beijing Quarantine Bureau to handle the registration certificate for self inspection and filing

6. Go to the foreign exchange bureau to register the import and export list

7. Make an appointment at the electronic port to apply for IC cards, etc

8. Open a foreign currency account at the bank (customers can handle it themselves)

9. Register with the corresponding tax bureau to apply for tax refund or exemption (customers can handle it themselves)
