Customs declaration process
1. Prepare customs declaration documents: Before the goods arrive at the port, prepare the customs declaration documents in advance based on the electronic version of the documents, assign the customs code, and declare the elements;
2. Change of documents: After the goods arrive at the port, the customs declarant holds the original adjustment introduction letter to change the documents;
3. Input into the system: The customs declarer inputs data into the QP system, sends the customs declaration form data to the electronic port, and waits for a response from the customs;
4. Presentation: After receiving the data and conducting preliminary verification, the customs declaration center will submit the official paper declaration documents to the on-site customs for tax payment;
5. Taxation: After customs clearance, our company pays taxes directly from the online payment platform, which is received in real-time and awaiting inspection and release;
6. Inspection: Customs selects whether to inspect the goods based on their risk value. If inspection is required, the customs declarant and customs officials will go to the warehouse together to verify and inspect the goods;
7. Release: Customs will release inspected goods or goods that do not require inspection;
8. Pick up: The customs broker brings the waybill stamped with the release seal to the warehouse to pick up the goods.
Issues to be noted
1. Before customs declaration, check the customs code and process the required documents (such as automatic import license, 3C certificate, foreign origin certificate, foreign origin certificate, Ministry of Culture approval, etc.);
