Customs declaration process

1. Personal and company goods from Wangjing Post Office: Provide EMS waybill number and copies of both sides of personal ID card, and we will transfer the goods from Wangjing Post Office to Jianguomen Post Office.

2. Prepare customs declaration documents: Our company compiles the necessary documents for customs declaration based on the information of the goods for supplementation.

3. Customs declaration, taxation, and shipment: After the goods arrive at Jianguomen Post Office, our company declares to the customs, pays taxes on the same day, and releases them for shipment (or self pickup) on the same day.

Issues to be noted
