Pre preparation documents for air freight fresh products imported into Beijing area

1. Preparation before the goods arrive at the port: "Entry Animal and Plant Quarantine License". For fresh products (live fish, crabs, shrimp and other aquatic products, live or frozen salmon, fruits, vegetables), please apply for the "Entry Animal and Plant Quarantine License" at the quarantine bureau in advance. Frozen or frozen fish, crabs, shrimp and other aquatic products do not require an "Entry Animal and Plant Quarantine License".

2. Certificates and certificates of origin issued by foreign official quarantine agencies.

3. Required documents: contract, invoice, packing list, waybill, customs declaration power of attorney, inspection power of attorney, waybill, introduction letter of exchange, import animal and plant quarantine license (license required for live seafood, fruits, and frozen salmon), certificate of origin, health certificate (phytosanitary certificate), etc.

Customs declaration process

Air freight: Submit the documents to the customs clearance company in advance, and you can start the fresh inspection work before the goods land. About two hours after the plane lands in Beijing, change the original waybill and accompanying documents - the quarantine bureau exchanges the customs clearance form - the fresh products are declared by the customs - whether the customs inspects them or not is better - the customs releases them - pick up the goods to the quarantine inspection department to extract the required samples for testing, and then the goods can be officially picked up. Note: Fresh products imported by air from Beijing (such as fish, crabs, shrimp and other aquatic products, fruits, vegetables, etc.) must be declared by a fresh customs declaration company registered with Beijing Customs. Other companies are not allowed to do so.

Sea freight: After the goods arrive at Tianjin Port - prepare for customs declaration - go to Beijing for final customs declaration and inspection work - including customs valuation of products - quarantine sampling of products - finally transported by refrigerated container truck to the customer's warehouse.
